Giving Back Is Part of Our Story

At Script & Grain, we believe being part of a community means showing up for the people who make it special.

From young athletes learning the value of teamwork to agricultural programs preserving traditions for another generation, and the military families whose service and sacrifices mean so much, there are countless stories worth supporting.

As a small business, we're grateful for every customer who chooses to support us. Whenever possible, we love returning that kindness by supporting the organizations and causes that matter to them.

While we can't fulfill every request, we thoughtfully review donation opportunities throughout the year.

Where We Focus Our Giving

We welcome requests from community organizations, with priority consideration given to the following areas.

Giving back to the people who have supported Script & Grain and the causes close to their hearts.

Youth & Education

Supporting youth sports, schools, educational programs, and opportunities for the next generation.

Agriculture & 4-H

Encouraging agricultural education, local traditions, and youth involvement in agriculture.

Military & Veterans

Honoring service members, veterans, military families, and organizations that support them.

Other community organizations are welcome to apply and will be considered individually.

Donation Guidelines

To help us give thoughtfully and sustainably, please review our guidelines before submitting your request.

Advance Notice Requests must be submitted at least 30 days before your event.

Quarterly Availability A limited number of donations are available each calendar quarter.

What We Donate Donations are generally physical merchandise or selected Script & Grain products rather than monetary contributions.

Geographic Focus Priority is given to South Central Pennsylvania and surrounding communities.

Frequency Organizations are generally eligible for one donation per calendar year.

Custom Requests Custom-designed products are considered individually based on production schedules and availability.

Nonprofit Status Registered nonprofit status is not required to submit a request. Organizations may be asked to provide nonprofit or tax-exempt documentation when applicable.

Pickup & Delivery Local pickup is preferred. Shipping may be considered when appropriate.

Review Process Please allow up to 10 business days for a response. Submission does not guarantee approval.

Donation availability may vary throughout the year based on production schedules and existing commitments.
